Win all day, every day!

7 small and powerful things you can do daily to live your best life

Hey Springster!

Did you know that what you do every day is more important than what you do once in a while? Especially when it comes to taking care of yourself. Habits are things you do regularly. Sometimes without realising that you’re doing it. It’s like your brain just automatically tells you what to do.

Habits are powerful because they can either help you become your best self or they can hold you back and limit you. This is because what you do every day, turns into every week then every month and then finally every year. So to win in the year, you have to start by being confident and winning your day!

The things you do every day can help boost your confidence and make you feel better about yourselves. Here’s just a few small but powerful things you can start doing to be the best you!

1. Your magnificent mind

  • Say positive things to yourself when you look in the mirror like “I am beautiful” , “I am strong” , “I love me!”

  • Don’t judge yourself when things go wrong. Take responsibility for your actions and learn from your mistakes. Everybody makes mistakes so don’t be hard on yourself.

  • Take action towards your dreams. Baby steps lead to big achievements, so do something small every day that gets you closer to your dreams. Like saving a little money every day so you can study a course, or reading an article on Springster about how to turn your passion into a business.

2. Your beautiful body

  • Healthy eating is a good habit and it always makes you feel great! Drink loads of water every day and cut down on sweet things.

  • Exercising regularly is another powerful habit that works wonders. It increases your energy throughout the day and helps you feel more confident!

3. Your fabulous friends and family

  • Be nice to everyone around you. Smiling at someone can go a long way in brightening their day. Smiling also makes you feel good. Try it right now :) you see - it works!

  • Share knowledge with other girls so you all grow together. Like when you read an article on Springster, share what you’ve learnt with another girl so she can be better too! Ask yourself, “What new thing did I learn today?” Then look for someone to share it with!

Remember no one is perfect so it’s not easy to stick to this every day. The important thing is to get started and never give up!
